MACHINERY TYPE:
The machine consists of a minirobot designed to palletize boxes. The axes are driven by brushless motors, which are electronically controlled by incremental encoders, allowing for rapid and precise positioning of the boxes during the cycle phases. Linear movements are achieved by means of prismatic guides with recirculating ball bearings. Self-learning functions simplify programming the positions of the gripping devices at the cycle's work points and allow for alternating different types of box arrangement on the pallet depending on the layer.

Box transport via a belt conveyor with head connection.
Sensors detect boxes in the pick-up position, stopping subsequent boxes to facilitate picking.
Box translation with suction cup gripping.
Box picking with suction cup manipulator and stacking on Euro pallets.
Automatic pallet management with empty pallet pick-up from the warehouse (12-pallet capacity) and transfer to the palletizing station.
Packaged product exits onto Euro pallets via a triple-chain conveyor for transporting full pallets out of the minirobot's structure.
