Used Vir Mauri Hercules 70 automatic palletizer.

Automatic palletizer for American cardboard boxes, glass bottles, and tray cardboard for glass bottles. Bottom-feed push palletizing system and film+try for glass and PET bottles.

The palletizer was recently dismantled and was producing on an edible oil plant at an hourly rate of approximately 8,000 bottles per hour; all this in cartons of 6 and 12 bottles of various sizes and shapes.

The efficiency of the push palletizing system is very good; in fact, all cables and electrical branches have been properly disconnected and marked. All motors are functional, and the lifting chains have been checked and are in good condition.

The palletizer is complete, automatic, and equipped with safety barriers, including machine barrier sensors to ensure no intrusions.

To ensure that the worker has everything in working order when dismantling the machine, the used automatic palletizer can handle both 1000x1200 pallets and 800x1200 Euro pallets.

The used automatic palletizer was dismantled in excellent working condition. The space required for this bottom-feed palletizer is 10x6 m2; it includes the pallet wrapper with film and pallet conveyors.

The electrical panel of the used automatic palletizer is in good working order; and the PLC system is intact and commented for the 12-bottle 1-liter round program. However, it can be easily integrated to meet the customer's needs, allowing for the introduction of various new programming recipes.

It can also be integrated with both motorized and non-motorized conveyor rollers, and multiple finished pallets can be supplied awaiting loading, even up to three pallets at a time, depending on the customer's available space.

The palletizer is in excellent condition and ready for sale.
