Used COMPAIR GARDNER DENVER L30 30KW 40HP/CV 8BAR screw compressor, overhauled and serviced.

The compressor was overhauled at zero hours at our workshop.

During the overhaul, the following were replaced:
- airend bearings;
- airend oil seal kit;
- motor bearings.

The following were overhauled with the respective kits:
- intake valve;
- minimum valve;
- thermostatic valve.

All hoses, both air and oil pipes, were replaced, the belts were replaced and finally a complete service was performed, including replacement of all filters and pre-filters.
We also replaced the old control unit with a new generation one, more efficient, functional and intuitive.

The compressor has been completely mechanically overhauled.
