Powder Conveying Systems are designed and used in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food companies to transfer products from one container to another. SPECIAL FEATURES:
The operating principle is vacuum suction of powdered and granular products. The vacuum is generated by a series of multistage ejectors, configured according to the "Venturi" principle, which, when fed with compressed air, create a vacuum in the conveyor and thus the relative suction of the product. Since the only energy source is compressed air, the possibility of product contamination is minimized.
The high vacuum generated by the pump allows for low-speed conveying while ensuring constant and uniform powder transfer, without demixing or shocking the product.
