The Novasina Th200 is a moisture meter designed to measure aw in the approximate range of microbial growth (0.50±0.97). It ensures a high level of accuracy and stability of the calibration curve. Equilibration times are adequate and the aw measurement occurs in a reasonable range, from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the aw level.
