MACHINE TYPE: Stretch wrapping machines allow any type of palletized material to be wrapped in stretch film. This type of packaging is the most economical and functional solution for any storage and transportation problem for palletized products. SPECIAL FEATURES: The palletized load is placed on the turntable, the film is secured to the pallet, and the wrapping machine is started. The machine rotates the platform several times (low rotations), wrapping the pallet and the base of the load with the film, which is thus firmly anchored to the pallet. This is followed by the ascending cycle, in which the reel remover, ascending, spirally wraps the load with stretch film up to the top. The top of the package is then rotated several times (high rotations), compacting the load; this is followed by the descending cycle, during which the load is further wrapped. Once the reel remover reaches the ground, in the starting position, the cycle is completed and the wrapping machine stops automatically. The result is a load that is elastically and resistantly anchored to its pallet, perfectly compacted and protected from external agents. Where necessary, a simple polyethylene sheet placed to cover the top of the pallet makes the packaging completely waterproof.
