The automatic vertical bagging machine (technically an automatic vertical bagging machine with bag formation from a reel) is designed for packaging pellets, plastics, animal feed, and any other loose material. It uses a single reel of film (clear or printed polyethylene) mounted on a motorized roller. The film is inserted into a former that folds it over itself, forming a bag of the desired height and closing it with a longitudinal seal and two transverse seals. At the end of the cycle, the completed bag is automatically ejected onto the conveyor belt. It is equipped with a top-loading screw that dedusts and cools the pellets along the loading section.
