MACHINE TYPE: The PLT 900 model is an automatic palletizer that palletizes bottle packages onto pallets coming from a pallet warehouse. Palletization can occur on up to 11 levels. INDUSTRY OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices. SPECIAL FEATURES: The machine was designed and built to operate automatically, leaving the operator solely responsible for monitoring the operating cycle and loading the pallet warehouse into the dedicated warehouse using a forklift. The pallet warehouse can hold up to 15 pallets, of two different sizes (800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200). The pallets are transferred from the warehouse to the palletization unit via a special catenary, while they exit the unit once palletizing is complete via a special exit roller conveyor. The machine is also equipped with a layer pad magazine and a transport unit for the bottle packages at the machine entrance. The production process is therefore represented by 5 phases: loading the pallets and layer pads into the respective magazines, transferring the pallets from the magazine to the palletizing unit, arrival of the packages on the transport unit, palletization and pallet exit. The control panel is integrated into the electrical panel on the machine. Simple and intuitive, it consists of a PLC control, a cycle start button, a machine stop button and a red safety mushroom.
