No. 01 Melter with a useful capacity of 200 litres, total 250 litres, used, overhauled, for fatty phases,
built in AISI 316 stainless steel for the parts in contact with the product and with the following main
technical and construction characteristics:
 vertical cylindrical processing boiler with a convex and electro-welded bottom, complete with:
o exhaust in the centre of the bottom with lateral outlet and ball valve;
o flanging at the mouth: to place the lid in two halves, one of which is removable under
a safety device; to place the stirring group by means of three stainless steel arms;
o external spiralling for oil circulation;
 carbon steel interspace, electro-welded, for indirect heating in a diathermic oil bath,
equipped with:
o no. 02 armoured heating elements - 14 kW total - 400 V new;
o PT 100 probe for internal temperature control with display on the control panel;
o Connections and valves for fresh oil inlet, total drain with ball valve and
safety plug, overflow;
 Stirring unit comprising:
o 1.1 kW gearmotor - 400/50 Hz - 15 rpm;
o Anchor stirrer with intermediate blades;
o Shaft guide with thrust bearings;
o Third stainless steel insulation jacket.
Appliance support: on legs with wheels.
Electrical control panel and connections on board.
Finish: Internal polishing and external satin finishing of the stainless steel, epoxy coating of the remaining parts.
