SPECIAL FEATURES:
Semi-automatic monoblock capable of automatically and continuously grouping products into boxes, placing them into shipping cartons previously retrieved from the warehouse, formed, and positioned open at the infeed. The cartons are then filled by the mobile hopper and pusher. Once filled, two lateral conveyors, which maintain the correct squaring of the carton, convey it toward the outfeed. The machine stacks products in a parallelepiped shape and inserts the resulting bundles into previously formed shipping cartons. Built with a modular system with a load-bearing structure, it operates in alternating cycles. This system allows the machine to operate while minimizing disruption and waste. The cartoner consists of: a base, a product feeding conveyor, and a forming unit (product stacking section).
