The TLT 1400 blister packaging machine is a single lane thermoforming machine for the production of thermoformed products and aluminum foil.

CHARACTERISTICS:
This blister packaging machine is characterized by easy and fast format change, precise reproducibility of all parameters, production safety of the product and packaging material by indirectly maintaining the temperature of the tool at the forming and sealing station, functional safety by the centering of the cavity with roller belt transport.
Product feeding via linear feeder, positive transfer into blister packs without chain transport system. All standard thermoformed films and aluminum foil are usable with this machine. Available formats:

14 tablets per blister: 26.5 x 12 x 10 mm oval tablets, 142 x 63 mm blister;
6 tablets per blister: 13 x 13 x 7 mm round tablets, 120 x 53 mm blister;
6 tablets per blister: round tablets 12.5 x 12.5 x 7.5 mm;
blister dimensions 120 x 63 mm; 15 tablets per blister: oval tablets measuring 27 x 12 x 10.5 mm;
Blister dimensions 112 x 90 mm. Installed size:
10 tablets per blister: 16.5 x 16.5 x 7.5 mm round tablets;
