SPECIAL FEATURES:

The BOSSPAK RTC200 rotary counting and filling machine represents a new generation of electronic tablet counting. The continuous-motion rotary design offers advantageous container management for counting and filling tablets or capsules. This is facilitated by transferring the containers from the conveyor onto a central bottle starwheel located beneath a rotating counting turret. Tablet or capsule sorting occurs via 12 rotating discs mounted inside the main turret hopper. An optical matrix counter or 'quad' counting system was specifically designed for this application and represents a new generation in counting technology. The counting can detect most broken or chipped tablets or capsules. A complete integrated dust extraction system ensures maximum dust removal before counting. Vibration-free flow filling ensures that the products fall one by one into the bottles. Capsule and tablet separation before counting.

The ZALKIN CA5 300 NG capping machine was designed with an easy-to-operate process. Gentle processing of bottles and closure components. Once the caps have been placed on the containers, they are conveyed to the capping station where they are sealed by a rotating sealing head. The closed containers are then transferred to the output conveyor belt. Ease of use, quick format changeover, and compact design characterize the machine.
