The Willbald TBU 3000 compost turner is a professional machine with high productivity.

It corresponds to the needs of composting plants. The operating method of the Willibald TBU 3000 turner satisfies some needs: • the crumbling of the old, compacted pile and the formation of a new, softer pile favor the aeration of the mass;
• the tools act on the coarser pieces of the pile, breaking them up and facilitating decomposition;
• the pile is milled on a vertical plane, therefore the material of the internal layers undergoes a more thorough mixing with that of the external layers;
• the side of the pile does not collapse, allowing the subsequent passage without complications;
• unlike rough turning, carried out with loaders or buckets, the Willibald turning system guarantees an acceleration of the composting process and a more homogeneous final product with characteristics compliant with quality brands.

The machinery is a single-axle trailer made of extremely durable and resistant material.
The machine is equipped with 02 tyres, hydraulic steering system with knuckles with hydraulic lowering system and 50 mm towing eye. The Willibald TBU 3000 turner can be transported on a low bed. The TBU 3000 turner is driven by a cardan shaft which activates the milling roller and the unloading belt. The plug-in connection to the tractor's hydraulic unit powers the displacement cylinders for entry and centering of the machine for road transport, the dozer shield and the ejection hood. The inclined milling roller has an angle that ensures the compactness of the slope is maintained, has a height of 3,000 mm and can be introduced into the pile up to 500 mm, depending on the power of the tractor and the material to be turned. The turned material falls to the bottom of the cross conveyor belt. Using the continuously adjustable ejection hood, the width and shape of the parallel pile can be defined. The Willibald TBU 3000 turner is equipped with an electro-hydraulic remote control. All these characteristics classify it as a simple and at the same time functional compost turner.
