Destemmer LASI-MILANI destemmer with orthodromic movement


The Estasi orthodromic destemmer was designed and built to obtain a destemming process that keeps the grapes intact while, at the same time, preventing breakage of the stems through a soft and delicate action generated by the asynchronous movement of a conveyor belt and an oscillating grid. The machine was designed to be inserted into a high-quality processing line for hand-harvested grapes, consisting of a sorting table and a belt elevator. The integrity of the grapes obtained allows for sorting operations on the destemmed grapes. The construction concept, having no beater shaft, is totally innovative, simple and effective and avoids all the inconveniences associated with the beating action of the beater shaft and the centrifugal force of rotation.

Technical features:
Conveyor belt equipped with special rubberized rungs located on the upper part of the machine, receives and transports the grapes over the oscillating grid located on the lower part of the machine;

Oscillating grid resting on slides that with an alternating movement detaches the grapes from the stalks;
Oscillating grid resting on slides that with an alternating movement detaches the grapes from the stalks;
Independent motors with mechanical speed variators;
