Being the first to be built with a film cutter, the modifications were first tested and developed on this machine. The operator loads the platform onto a roller conveyor and it can hold three full pallets.

The operation consists of cutting the first layer using a rotating blade that cuts the upper part at the height of the flap, thus keeping all the bottles compact. The floor is transferred to the internal conveyor belt.

On the first layer, the pallet is equipped with a manual layer collector to remove the layers. On the next layer, a blade cuts the nylon and sucks it up. The machine separates all the layers and pallets, then has a magazine for them.

The ability of this Used Automatic Depalletizer to precisely separate plastic from wood and paper is an important ecological feature. Sort them into the appropriate containers.
