 tank dimensions: mm. 800 x 400 x h. 500;
o construction entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel sheet for the parts in contact;
o tank with semi-cylindrical bottom, 40/10 thick, with stainless steel reinforced sides and
steel support;
o reinforcement at the mouth with a lid gasket;
o discharge at the center of the bottom with a 4" ball valve;
 flat, hinged, dust-tight lid that can be opened with locking bolts made of
AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, consisting of:
o fixed part with DN 100 nozzle;
o mineral wool insulation;
o safety device;
o equatorial flanges supporting the mixing shaft, machined with a tool;
o central shaft with large adjustable gland seals;
 mixing unit comprising:
o shaft with mixer made of AISI 304 stainless steel for the external and internal propellers
, very robust;
o well-sized shaft rotation bearings;
o hard chrome plating on the shaft, ground in the packing sealing area;
o 1.5 kW gearmotor – 4 poles – V. 380/50 Hz. – IP 55 –
closed, self-ventilated design;
o transmission of motion from the gearmotor to the mixing shaft by means of gear wheels and
calibrated multiple chain;
or transmission protection with casing.
Support: on brackets anchored to the profiled frame.
Finish: internal polishing, pickling and industrial passivation of the stainless steel, epoxy coating of the
other parts.
IP 55 watertight electrical control panel complete with on-board connections.
