Description
Used PackLab Non Stop 2019 linear labeller
This machine is built in 2019. Very little used, therefore kept in excellent condition. Nonstop function with two groups of wrap-around labels. Flexible self-adhesive linear labeller for the application of wrap-around labels, front and back. Suitable for applying partial or wrap-around labels on cylindrical containers and partial front and back labels on shaped containers.

It reaches a production rate of 220 jars per minute, therefore over 13,000 jars per hour. The base features external labeling stations for greater operator accessibility both during work phases and during format changeovers. Two labeling stations for each label to be applied with automatic switching in the event of: end of reel, broken backing paper, or lack of label on the reel.

The PLC is Schnaider with a 5-inch touchscreen.

The winding belts are motorized with speed regulation and an encoder connected to the machine speed. The upper belts are motorized and have stabilizers to keep the container straight.

There are overflow sensors at the inlet and outlet to regulate the flow.

The adhesive unit recipe adjustment keypads can store up to 500 formats.

This machine is complete with all safety protections in accordance with CE regulations. All the machine's user manuals are also available. The original copy of the machine use and maintenance manual is also issued.
