Used Berchi automatic depalletizer, Dinamics DS model, with Siemens S12 PLC.

This used automatic depalletizer is equipped with all necessary safety systems to ensure safe production for all bottling line operators. The loading roller conveyors for full pallets can hold up to three pallets. It has been mechanically overhauled and equipped with a new PLC.

These PLCs are in addition to the one currently being processed, so depending on the bottle format, there may be more bottles waiting. The bottle unloading and alignment table is not included; it must be developed and configured based on the bottle formats the customer decides to produce.

Berchi uses sliding transfer to depalletize bottles of various types and materials (glass, PET, etc.). This method is achieved without any adjustments, allowing for immediate format changes. Completely rebuilt, the obsolete PLC was replaced and a Siemens S12 with a Siemens HMI panel was installed.

The used automatic depalletizer ran for 30,000 hours before undergoing a complete mechanical and electrical overhaul, so it is now ready for work. Speed ​​40,000 bph for glass bottles of various sizes.

A separate quote will be made for installation and start-up in case of request for the warranty period which is for the mechanical aspect. In any case, one of our technicians must be present to install the depalletizer as supervisor, even if the buyer wishes to perform the assembly themselves. This is to ensure the warranty on replaced parts.

The machine is currently disassembled in the warehouse and therefore immediately available.
