The CVR 1600 series automatic painting system, Industry 4.0, with the option of leasing, consists of an automatic painting unit installed in a suitably shaped and specifically designed paint booth, which together form a single, functional unit that is easy to transport and quickly installed. The automatic painting unit, installed in the upper part of the booth, automatically paints the workpieces previously secured to the workpiece holder. The workpiece holder, manually placed on its supports, rotates simultaneously with the advancement of the paint gun, which thus coats the workpieces, distributing the paint evenly across all surfaces. At the end of the painting cycle, the workpiece holder is released from its guards and can then be removed and replaced by the next workpiece holder to be painted.
