TYPE OF MACHINERY:
Lobe pumps are made up of a shaped chamber, inside which two lobe rotors rotate on parallel axes and synchronously.

During rotation, the lobes move the fluid from the suction port to the delivery port, thus creating a reasonably continuous flow. SECTOR OF USE:

CHARACTERISTICS:
The Standard Lobe Pumps in AISI 316 stainless steel are mounted on a cast iron gear box equipped with protection and epoxy paint coating.
The chamber that separates the rotor case and the gear box allows the mounting of reversible mechanical seals, avoiding contamination between the pumped fluid and the gearbox lubricant. The base of the reducer is designed to facilitate installation for connection in horizontal and vertical pipes. The OMAC lobe pump has a modular design that allows major parts such as the rotor and seals to be changed quickly and easily. Equipped with a mechanical gearmotor and placed on a special stainless steel trolley and 4 swivel wheels.
