I am selling a used Danieli wire rod rolling mill with a maximum diameter of 16 mm and a minimum diameter of 5.5 mm. The rolling mill is a double plant that can roll two 130x130 mm billets at the same time. The rolling mill is made up of 26 stands. The first six stands (from stand 1 to stand 6, the rough cut) into which the billets enter are Simac, followed by a Danieli rotary shear. The rolling mill continues from stand 7 to stand 12 (intermediate block) with 3 pre-reducers that feed 3 Danieli tandem reducers which in turn turn the Danieli rolling stands. There are then 4 Simac pre-finishing stands and finally a Danieli 10-pass (8+2) BGV block. The wire rod mill can produce up to 700,000 tons per year.
