This versatile system is easy to use and maintain. The machine for continuous automatic weight control is essentially made up of: A base which has the task of supporting the scale and the object transport device. A highly sensitive and rapid comparison scale, equipped with an electromagnetic detector which transforms the position assumed by the scale plate itself, burdened by the weight passing on it, into an electrical signal. A belt conveyor, and a projector - photocell group which signals the moment in which the object is about to leave the scale plate. SECTOR OF USE:

PECULIARITY:
The machine was designed and built to control the deviations from the nominal weight of a series of similar objects, to compare these deviations with the acceptability limit values ​​that have been pre-established and to calculate the weight trend of the production of the line in which the machine is inserted, automatically.

The scale is inserted into a transport line for objects of any nature and shape to be checked. The passing object takes a certain time to travel across the entire scale plate; this time, although short, is sufficient for the scale to settle in the position proportional to the weight of the object. When the object is about to leave the weighing plate, it intercepts a light beam passing through the conveyor. The phototransistor receiver, thus obscured, provides the electronic circuit with the command to carry out the weight reading at that precise moment. This weight value is immediately compared with the two values, lower and upper, set as limits of the permitted tolerance. From this comparison comes the machine's decision to accept the weighing or not, that is, whether to let the object continue undisturbed, or to divert it or eject it to the right or left of its path, depending on whether its weight is found to be in excess or in deficiency compared to to the predefined tolerance.
