Machine composed of MAXI stainless steel rounder and HOPPER PLUS stainless steel portioner combined with stainless steel support up to a maximum of 900 gr.
The professional portioner is an indispensable tool for pizzerias and small laboratories as it facilitates work and significantly reduces preparation times.
Together with the rounder it becomes the perfect tool for quickly and automatically creating portions and balls of bread or pizza dough up to a maximum of 900 g.
The portioning machine has a dough capacity of 30 kg and a maximum error of approximately 5 g from the desired weight;
it is designed for exclusive food use for the production of portions of cold dough; it does not stress and therefore does not heat the dough in any way, allowing its properties to be kept unaltered. The external structure is made of stainless steel, while the internal parts moved during work are made of aluminium.
All components follow hygiene and safety regulations.
The portioning machine is easy to use: the dough is inserted into the hopper and the spiral inside the tool pushes the dough towards the funnel where it obtains a cylindrical shape.
Once the pasta comes out of the funnel it touches a lever equipped with a sensor which starts the knife that cuts it. The desired weight can be modified by choosing the cone with the most suitable diameter.
There is a ring on the bottom of the funnel.
By unscrewing this ring nut you access the reduction bushing. Here you can adjust the desired weight by changing the cone.
The machine comes with 5 cones with different diameters: 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 mm.
The portioner is also very robust and at the same time easy to clean.
It is in fact possible to dismantle the output funnel to access the replacement of the
reduction bushings thanks to convenient plastic handwheels.
